This privacy policy applies to the TrekPlay app. This service is provided by Razlax Technologies and is intended for use "AS IS". By using our service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

1. Information Collection

To provide a smooth, secure, and personalized reward experience, we collect:

Personal Identity: Name, Email Address, and Google ID (collected during Google Login).
Device Data: Google Advertising ID (GAID), IP Address, Device Model, and OS Version.

2. Third-Party Services & Ad Networks

For maximum security and app performance, we use trusted Google services and selected third-party partners to serve safe ads and monitor app stability:

Advertising & Monetization: Please note that the advertising and monetization operations (including Google AdMob) for TrekPlay are officially managed and operated by our authorized partner, Ramsundar Nayak.

🚨 ANTI-CHEAT POLICY: We strictly prohibit the use of VPNs, proxies, hardware emulators, auto-clickers, or multiple account farming to manipulate rewards. Any violation detected by our security layer will lead to an immediate and Permanent Ban of your account and forfeiture of all points.

3. Data Deletion, Retention & Privacy Rights

We respect your privacy. You have the right to request the permanent deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time. To request deletion, please email us from your registered email address with your Google ID details at:

What happens when you request account deletion?

Data Deleted: Your profile (Name, Email, Google ID), unredeemed reward points, and daily tracking data will be completely deleted from our active servers within 30 days of your request.
Data Retained: We may retain specific financial transaction records (redeemed rewards) and fraud-prevention logs (such as IP addresses linked to banned accounts) for up to 12 months strictly for legal compliance, tax obligations, and enforcing our Anti-Cheat Policy.

4. Age Requirement

Users must be 18 years or older (or have explicit parental guidance) to participate and redeem rewards within TrekPlay. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors under the legal age limit.
